We specialise in the supply of hard coal and biomass to the Polish energy market. The team of PGE Paliwa sp. z o.o. is made up of experts who are well acquainted with the specifics of the Polish fuel market and maintain international contacts and the highest supply standards developed together with the largest domestic and foreign hard coal producers.  Our professionalism and commitment guarantee our customers timely fuel deliveries and top quality services. Thanks to our cooperation with Jera Global Markets, our Company has extended its power generation fuel offer and strengthened its position on the Polish coal market.

We also provide services related to delivery logistics. At the customer's request, we participate in the entire process of coal purchase and delivery, from its arrival at the port to its delivery to the storage yard or any other selected location. We provide coal transport services by road and rail, thanks to which we can offer you timely deliveries of any volume of coal throughout Poland. We cooperate with power and heat distribution plants, agricultural farms, industrial customers and coal traders located all over the country. We are able to provide coal processing services, such as crushing, screening, sorting and sifting of coal, as well as or biomass harvesting, such as wood skidding and chipping.

  • In May 2023, the members of the Management Board of PGE Paliwa sp. z o.o. for the involvement in the processes of ensuring the country's energy security, including the import and distribution of coal as part of the implementation of the provisions of the Act of 27 October 2022 on the preferential purchase of solid fuel for households (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2236) were awarded a distinction 'for achievement for the energy sector', conferred and presented by the Minister of Climate and Environment.  The indicated tasks were carried out by PGE Paliwa sp. z o. o. in the 2022/2023 heating season, and within the framework of the implementation of the Act, the Company supplied over 700 Polish municipalities with nearly half a million tonnes of coal
