Personal Data Protection

PGE Paliwa sp. z o.o. attaches great importance to ensuring that the company's processing of personal data complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), i.e. the GDPR.

The forms are also available at the reception desks in the Company's headquarters and its branches. It is also possible to contact the Data Protection Officer by printing out the forms below and sending them to the Company's address.

Exercise of data subjects' rights

If you wish to notify PGE Paliwa sp. z o.o. that you wish to exercise your data subject rights under Articles 12-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), i.e. the GDPR, use the form for the exercise of data subjects' rights.
